Founded by Lisa Allen, BetterDays was built from real life, real routines, and a real need for wellness products that actually taste good. As a single mom of four girls who built her career around testing, discovering, and sharing products she genuinely loved, Lisa spent years searching for wellness solutions that fit into busy everyday life without sacrificing flavor or function. Between making fresh green juice at home, spending money on expensive juice bar drinks, and still reaching for sugar-free energy drinks to keep up with long days, she knew there had to be a better option.
After years of partnering with powdered greens companies, Lisa loved the health benefits but dreaded drinking them because of the chalky taste. Determined to create something different, she set out to develop the first original caffeinated greens drink — combining functional greens, natural energy, and crave-worthy flavor all in one. What started as a personal mission to replace her energy drink habit quickly became BetterDays: a taste-first wellness brand designed to make healthy routines feel easy, enjoyable, and sustainable for real life.
