Birthday Cake Protein Shake
Ingredients
1 scoop BetterDays Birthday Cake Protein
1 cup vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
Pinch of salt (for frosting flavor)
Handful of ice
Instructions
Blend until thick and creamy.Top with whipped cream and sprinkles for full birthday cake vibes.
Jenny’s Birthday Cake Protein Cookies
Ingredients
Dry:
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup BetterDays Birthday Cake Protein
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Wet:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-ins:
⅓ cup rainbow sprinkles
Extra sprinkles for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Whisk together all dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugars, then add egg and vanilla.
- Combine wet + dry ingredients until just mixed. Fold in sprinkles.
- Scoop 2–3 tbsp dough, roll in extra sprinkles, and chill for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 12 minutes until edges are set and centers stay soft. Cool for 5 minutes.
Jenny’s Tip:
Swap in gluten-free flour if needed, or use coconut oil + coconut sugar for a lighter option.
