BetterDays caffeine is naturally sourced from tea leaves

BetterGreens, BetterHormones, BetterTrim and BetterSleep are Vegan. However, BetterGlow, and BetterCollagen contain Bovine Collagen, so they are not vegan.

We get it — "natural flavors" can sound vague. But there's nothing hidden or artificial here.

At BetterDays, we're known for amazing taste without sacrificing clean ingredients. Every flavor you love is a custom blend we've developed with our formulators, using real food sources. Because of FDA labeling rules, any custom flavor (even if made entirely from natural ingredients) has to be listed as "natural flavors" on the label.

We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure every ingredient meets our standards: no junk, no hidden additives — just better ingredients for BetterDays ahead.
For example: In our BetterProtein Chocolate, this custom flavor blend is: Natural Chocolate, Natural French Vanilla, and Natural Vanilla flavors. In our BetterGreens Peach Limeade, this custom flavor blend is: Natural Peach and Natural Lemon Lime flavors.

We offer variety packs for caffeinated and non-caffeinated BetterGreens on the first of every month, which contain every flavor of BetterGreens. We also offer bundles, so you can purchase combinations of different products at a discount!

You may return your complete order within 14 days after your order date for a full refund of the product purchase price provided it meets the below policies. 

We can only accept return of unopened, undamaged, products that are still sealed. Merchandise exceptions: all wearable merchandise are final sale (sweatshirts, socks, hats). These cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any modifications. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

As outlined at checkout, when you purchase a subscription you are agreeing to receive repeat deliveries and recurring charges to your account. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note, once a subscription shipment has been processed, we cannot cancel the related order.

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or visit your account page on our website. From there, you can easily manage your subscription settings. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
